A man from Missouri was recently sentenced to two years and a half in prison for selling a prescription drug to an undercover federal agent. The man, age 40, faces a charge of trafficking, forgery and for distribution of the drug. The man is also being sentenced to five years and a $100,000 fine.

The FDA says it has received two complaints against the man. He was listed as the lead investigator of a $10,000 undercover investigation.

The man was arrested at a local convenience store. After a few visits to the store, the man was arrested for selling prescription drugs to undercover agents in Missouri.

The man was arrested at a federal agent's office for making false statements to federal agents. The man was later placed on an "investigation" under seal by the FDA. The federal agent is not authorized to conduct an inspection.

The man was also found guilty of the charges after he pleaded guilty to one count of selling to undercover agents. The federal agent says the man had no involvement in the alleged sales.

The man has been placed on a "black box" prison sentence. His case has been resolved in his favor.

He is being held in a state prison in the Missouri/-2080/2081 and in a state prison in the state of Missouri. Federal agents are not authorized to conduct an inspection for this case.
